Martel Innovate is pivotal to the Embed2Scale project, holding key responsibilities in both Project Management and the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation activities. As the leader in Project Management, Martel ensures the project runs smoothly by coordinating activities across the consortium, managing timelines and overseeing the project’s administrative and financial aspects. Martel’s robust experience in managing European Commission-funded projects enables it to provide strategic oversight, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

In addition to Project Management, Martel leads the communication and dissemination efforts, leveraging its expertise as a digital innovation agency with over 25 years of experience. Martel ensures effective dissemination of project outcomes through various channels, enhancing visibility and stakeholder engagement.
